- Bathroom of 6m2 with a spacious shower, a sink and a towel warmer. Separate toilet.
- Private terrace of 25m2 with sea view, equipped with outdoor furniture (table and deckchairs).
- On the ground floor: room with washing machine and dryer, possibility to store small beach equipment
